Water Conservation Messages:

 

• The Sonoma County Water Agency will hold the Spanish Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper training during the Spring and Fall, 2010 and English during Fall.
• The Santa Rosa Junior College will offer QWEL in the 2010 summer semester.
• Local landscapers in Sonoma and Marin Counties are invited and encouraged to take the training.

Water Saving Tip:

Apply a layer of mulch around plants to reduce moisture loss.

Choose organic mulches, such as shredded bark, compost or aged sawdust.
